New for Xmas. Latest software loaded on both the watch and Samsung phone. Calls go through to the phone and we can hang them up, but the green answer icon is dull and you can’t use it. We’ve restarted, re-paired and re-synced. Trawled the internet to no avail. Any ideas?

@NZVixen have you set up on wrist calls in Fitbit mobile app? Open the app, tap on your profile picture and tap on Sense. Scroll down to on wrist calls and set up. Also check the compatibility of your phone and OS.

Well, turned out to be an expensive Christmas gift! It paired and worked instantly with everyone else's phones (Iphone 8+ and a low spec newer Samsung). We had set up wrist calls, but in the end threw in the towel... and bought a new phone. His phone was four years old, it's the only thing we could put it down to; just not compatible as too old? So set up now, but not what I planned to spend - he's super happy though!!!

@NZVixen I'm glad it works! Although additional expense is no fun! That's correct depending on phone OS version it could happen.
