My Sense won't charge. It's been plugged up overnight and I'm not sure what to try next. It was a Christmas present and it's not old at all. Not sure what to try next.

This is a common problem, check the pins on the charger to make sure they are all equally prominent.

Have a look at the suggestion posted here  to help isolate the cause and

if necessary contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
