My sense was much more $$ than my Versa and it's nothing but trouble. Not worth it. Now it won't charge no matter what I do. I've reset, cleaned the connection, changed outlets, but it still says 0%. It's not even a year old. I dont have the original receipt, so now what?

Hi @NIzzy61 -
If the terminals are clean it would seem you have a faulty charge cable - to make sure carefully check the 4 pins are equally prominent and properly located, and carefully using the back of your nail check the spring pressure is the same, especially the left bottom one [with the wire on the right].
If when using a computer port to charge the device it is not recognised by a sound it would confirm it.
It's quite a common issue if you look in the forums.
If it's under warranty you can contact Fitbit Support directly. They should send you a replacement one.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
You can also buy them online. if you want a more robust one [$3] and are prepared to wait, click photo.
