Sense won't charge

I bout a Sense in May.  Love it, but now it will not charge and is drained to 0%.  I swapped out the usb box, and have tried everything.  Nothing seems to work.  Has anyone experienced this?  is there a fix?  the retailer said it was past return date, but is there a warranty?  Who can I call?  Thx

Hi @gesc45

If the terminals are clean it would seem you have a faulty charge cable - to make sure carefully check the 4 pins are equally prominent and properly located.

It's quite a common issue if you look in the forums.

If it's under warranty you can contact Fitbit Support directly. They should send you a replacement one.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

You can also buy them online. if you want a more robust one and are prepared to wait, click photo.
