Sense won't charge

My Sense will not charge or it will charge extremely slowly.  I have the Sense for less than a year. About a month ago I found that after an overnight charge, the battery would only be up about 10%.  Now it doesn’t charge at all. I’m using the charge cable that came with the Sense.

Help!

Hi @Spectrumsp - this is generally caused by dirty terminals or faulty charge cable - see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
