No matter what I’ve tried, my sense won’t charge, factory reset, which didn’t erase anything other than my Wi-Fi, shut down turned back on, moved cord to different plug . Cleaned back and pins. What else can I try? It’s only about a year old if even that. At 22% right now and seems doomed

Look at the pins closely on the charger. Do they appear sunken in? Bent in any way? I would try a new charger myself. They sell them at the Fitbit Store: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/products/accessories/versa3-sense-charging-cable?sku=174RCC

I looked at the pins one is in all the way. Thanks for the link I’ll buy a new charging cord, a lot better than buying a new watch THANKS

😃 I’m sure a new charger will rectify the issue since you’ve noticed one pin is retracted. It’s definitely cheaper then having to purchase a new watch indeed!! 😉 Happy Stepping and enjoy your day
