Sense seems to start charging, then battery levels start declining (rapidly) and end up near zero. Sometimes it charges, sometimes it doesn't. Pain in the rear.

Mine would not charge because I needed a new charge cord. Make sure what apps or locations you set are not using up your battery so fast. If you have a clock face that is set to always on, it will use up battery really fast.

Restart to fix Fitbit charging issues
If cleaning and checking the charging ports and cable doesn't work, try restarting your Fitbit. To restart most Fitbits, press and hold its side button(s) for around 15 seconds until you see the screen turn back on with the Fitbit logo or another icon
