Hi there Fitbit!
My Fitbit Sense which I bought last May 2022.
It was excellent smart watch and great battery life for a daily use. But NOW!! It suddenly stops working! tried to charge it but shows only 0%. I already tried everything listed on your solutions regarding the matter but to no avail! I also did tried to call support here from Fitbit Philippines! but they just gave me instructions for troubleshooting similar to those listed from your site. Then they just asked for my Fiitbit email account, then just told me that they have nothing to do? WTH!? A very nice after-sales support eh?
I love and like Fitbit eversince I had Fitbit Versa, but to discover that whenever this kind of defects arises, you hacve a very not nice approach to solutions. Please help. Thank you

Hi @JuanLdrck - it can happen if the watch gets a fault, possibly from water getting in or something else, that it is unable to charge, or retain a charge. Check at least it doesn't get hot when charging, and if so stop immediately.
Another thing you can try if the watch is ok is given here.
How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Thank you @Guy_ now I remember, I forgot to remove it when I took a shower after a run two weeks ago. But this is water resistant right? I was even wearing it several times while in the ocean or beach. How did it happened now that it gets water damaged?
I also did try and checked the link you have given. I also bought a new charging dock/cable still shows only 0% and never charging. Tried to plug it in a PC, well that plug-in sounds shows that It acknowledges the device but still only 0%. I guess this is the end of my Fitbit Sense then.
My old Fitbit Versa last longer than this one haha! Guess I'll try a new smartwatch now. Enough with Fitbit.

@JuanLdrck- thanks for the feedback - Fitbit don't advise showering with the watch, and as the seals are not so robust on some watches and do deteriorate over time anyway it can get damaged. It's also possible heat can damage the seals, especially over time.
