Sense won’t charge

My Sense will not charge. The Fitbit logo is all that shows on the screen. Sometimes the a red battery shape appears on screen as well.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing with your Sense 2.

Let's start by trying these quick fixes:

    • Check both ends of the charging cable.
    • Try another USB port or wall charger.
    • Clean the Fitbit and cable contacts.
    • Try a different charging cable if you have one.
    • If the battery was dead, give it an hour or two.
