Sense won't connect to Bluetooth or WiFi

Hi there. 

My Fitbit sense wasn't connecting to my messages, updating, calls, counting my steps properly etc etc.... So I disconnected it, turned it off, deleted the app and try to set up again..

 It then wouldn't connect to Bluetooth or WiFi. So I restored factory settings and now it won't even allow me to pass the initial phase of set up. Still won't recognise or connect to Bluetooth or WiFi. It's less than 6 months old

Hi @Katiecollins Try restarting it. If that doesn't help then contact Customer Support  They should be able to help you

@Katiecollins Make sure that "Sense" and "Sense Controls" are also deleted from your phone's Bluetooth devices. I don't think it's exactly necessary (I remove and add my Sense once in a while and don't do that) but it might help.

Eventually had to get onto customer support as it wouldn't work for me. Got
it sorted. Thanks for the help

We were able to fix it so far anyhow so fingers crossed it'll stay working.
It's not even 6 months old so was fairly annoyed to say the least
