Sense won't connect to my iPhone SE

I cannot get my watch to sync to iPhone SE. Every now and again it works but don’t know. After charging I have to start all over again. Curry’s and Sense are not helping although Ffs watch is only a couple of months old and has never worked properly. Charging is hit and miss.

Hi there, @Katie-Liza. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense. @Guy_ Thanks for trying to help!

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Sense from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Sense.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Sense.
  • Once your Sense is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

Hi @Katie-Liza - which model watch do you have exactly, a Sense, a Sense 2 or a Versa 4?
