Sense won't connect with Android phone

I have been with Fitbit for at least 10+ years and have gone through several models, all with basically the same problem. Bluetooth and WiFi setup and staying setup.

I now have had this Sense for a few years and every now and then it will lose contact with my phone and / or my computer. I pay around with it for days before something clicks and it contacts. Two days ago it lost contact with my phone. BUT the Bluetooth in my settings (phone) showed it. So I figured I would forget it and repair it, now it will not even find it. Was working on computer. Next morning it was not working on computer. Tried to get it back (WiFI) and can not find it. Also battery is draining almost 30% a day, so need to charge it every 3 days. I might add this has been a problem with two Samsung phones and now my Motorola one 5G UW. Also I am literally on top of the phone or computer when I try to pair.

What an I doing wrong??

Hi, It confuses the situation by having more than one device paired to the watch.

Try turning off the Bluetooth and ANY devices/watches except the phone.

Unpair the Sense on the phone.

Logout of the Fitbit App and back in again.

Go to the phone home screen without closing the App.

A sync popup should appear, click on it and pair and link it.

Your computer isn't supported anymore.

As @Guy_ points out, trying to sync through 2 different devices when the Bluetooth device is only able to connect to one device at a time is not help full.

After a sync through the watch, all your synced data is available on the computer, no need to sync through both devices.

WiFi is for uploading music, updating firmware and apps. Apps and firmware may be updated through Bluetooth.

No sync of your data happens through WiFi.

As for pairing, what do you mean?

Are you setting up the tracker?

You can not pair a tracker to the phone or computer's Bluetooth, the tracker should reject every attempt. The fitbit app, not the user, is responsible for pairing the tracker.

Have you checked these tips @Sectionhiker

And also cleared the fitbit app's cache?

Just adding on to what was previously mentioned, what's your OS for your phones?  I know it's Android, as I have a Samsung as well, and I upgraded to it from a Motorola.  However, when I spoke to one of the Customer Service reps shortly before upgrading about a sync issue, they mentioned that the OS needs to be Android 8.0 or above in order for it to be supported.

You should try checking to see if there's a firmware update for your phone, that should help a lot.  If you're not sure of your OS, it should say what OS you're on under "Settings" and then "About Phone".  Next, select "Software Information" and it should be right there.
