Not getting Sense battery alerts via email

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can advise? On my older Fitbits (I’ve never had a Sense, just cheaper ones) I could see the battery level on-screen and when it got to 10% it alerted me (as well as the email alerts). On my sense I can’t see an option for that? Is it possible on the Sense? Before checking and rechecking the box in the options for battery alerts just now, then re-synching I was not receiving email alerts too. I now seem to be receiving them, but still can’t see the option to view my battery on the sense itself?
