Have tried repeatedly to respond to email comments on Sense forum through Google email!!! Interesting it’s disallowed! Coincidence, don’t think so.
Have to go they Fitbit!

Hello @Irish57 it's not Google, it's just how Fitbit has been since I joined the forums in 2013. You can't reply to an email because they want you to come back to the forums and post in the thread where you did originally. It's a way to keep all your posts to a particular topic in that topic for all to see.
An email from Fitbit, I got this:"If you reply directly to this email, your message won't be received. Choose reply to this post instead."
