I bought the Sense for the ECG, Sleep-Snore and barometer features but I find the functions either not available or not working as it should. I can’t access ECG data and the barometer does not provide useful information “bad weather-go inside” , good weather-cool” when I can tell that for myself? Also the Sleep-Snore data is not clear and seems conflicting. I’ve also had to charge the Sense 3x since I got it on Oct2. Disappointed with purchase and I would like to return for a refund.

Contact the place you bought it from and see if they allow returns.

Hi. I wrote to the local Fitbit distributor from whom I bought the watch from and there's been no reply since Oct 11. So much for service, right?

Hi there, @Seantara. @Clove6060 Thanks for your help.
@Seantara Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about the Sense. I understand your point of view and I'm sorry you've had this experience. Our team constantly works on our devices and features, and the input we receive from our members is a big part of the process.
About your inquiry, Fitbit provides refunds to any order purchased from our Fitbit webstore that is within 45 days as described here. I wasn't able to find a contact with our Support team; however, if your watch was purchased from another retailer I'd suggest contacting them one more time to receive more details about their refund policy.
