Sense won't count my steps after the FW update

Since updating my sense to the latest firmware it only counts for 6 steps then stops counting, I have reset it 3 times, cleared the cache, removed and set it up it the app multiple times, tried setting it up on another device and each time it will count 6 steps then stops counting.

Hi @Bertie72  - this is odd but be aware if you wear it on the dominant hand, the filtering of steps (to avoid unwanted movements as steps) is a bit more agressive.

If you are walking at least 20 paces it should count them.

It could also be a fault on your clock face. To check, swipe the face to the left and click on the Today app and see if counts steps as you walk with it.

Thanks for the feedback, but the tracker has been working perfectly for close to 2 years, this has all happened since the latest firmware update, does anyone know how to go back to a previous firmware version?

@Bertie72- there is no fall back option with Fitbit but you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They might take you through a factory reset but it may be a more serious issue.
