Hi
I’m assuming I’ve managed to disable the time feature but can’t work out where.
my watch is working fine but won’t display the time. I’ve changed clock face to check the screen still works and all stats are displayed bur no time on any clock face.

As a first approach, I suggest restarting your Sense as instructed here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work, please make sure you've changed the clock faces as detailed here. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If the above doesn't work, may I know what are the stats on the main screen?
