Yesterday my Fitbit sense turned off battery had 56% charge and it died on me. The app said it was completely dead, put it on the charger all afternoon and still wouldn’t turn on. So tried holding button in for 10+ seconds like u-tube video said and still nothing. Left it on charger over night ant still nothing? This is less then a year old

I have had the exact same issue twice and am now working on getting my second replacement. This has been extremely frustrating!

Fortunately this time my Sense was still under warranty so they replaced
it. Thank goodness.
