I bought my sense last week and it automatically tracked my sleep for 2 days (although the sleeping start time is wrong but then It still tracks) and then it stopped tracking after that. Before using sense , I was using charge 3 and it has no problem tracking my sleep. Please help.

I came here for the same reason, but mine has successfully tracked my sleep for months then just stopped two nights ago. 😕

This was supposed to be a reply to the post about Sense not tracking sleep. Oops

Hi, @Aprilsnow29, is everything else on your "Sense" working normally? do you see the flashing green LED on the back of your device?
Let us know.
Cheers

Hi, @Aprilsnow29, further to my earlier post there's quite a long section in this article What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages? about why you might not be seeing the sleep data. If you are a restless sleeper this may have an impact. May I suggest you bear these points in mind and give it a few more days?
Cheers

I hope @Aprilsnow29 doesn't mind me joining in. I have the same problem, except it's been a problem for many months.
I've contacted customer service chat 2 or 3 times, with very frustrating outcomes. I was told exactly what you've said here. I've never felt the issue has been completely addressed. I even took a photo of the Sense on my wrist, asking if I'm wearing it right and more importantly, asking if perhaps my arm is too thick. Does it have more problems with heavier people?

Hi, @ValerieGay I do not think weight has any effect on sleep tracking, HR tracking does as does restlessness and movement. With reference to HR, tracking remember that if you have a tattoo or scar in the wrist area where you wear your device it will struggle to measure HR.
Cheers

@Aprilsnow29 @ValerieGay @SKay77 Have you tried uninstalling the Fitbit app from your phone and reinstalling? I would also try deleting the Sleep tile from the Fitbit app and readd it back. See if any of that helps.

So, I ended up just turning my sense all the way off and restarting it, and it did track my sleep again last night. (:

Yes, and i wear it constantly except for charging and showers. I'm not a restless sleeper, though I may turn from one side to the other once or twice. No scars. No tattoos.
I've read the articles. I've sought help. I've pretty much given up, but i really want it to work.

I've tried the tile, have not tried deleting the app. I'll try that. Thank you.
