My fitbit Sense is 18 months old. I haven't had too many problems with it until last week. It simply won't get past the logo screen. I have tried many different types of resets, hard/soft, etc... drained the battery, etc.... still won't get past the logo screen. Any suggestions?

I was on with Customer support R Milo or some name similar to that for exactly the same thing and its been 50 minutes waiting and i see no reply or resolution unless they tried something that even locked the chat🤷🏻:female_sign:
