Sense won't install the update

Sense is frozen. Can't install new firmware update. Screen keeps showing to start install app on phone but app is already on my phone. App says use WiFi or try again. Phone shows sense is connected via Bluetooth. I've been going in circles for over an hour trying to get the sense to install the new firmware.

Hi @jenrozycki - in the Fitbit App you have installed, add the watch to the account to set it up.

The message you see is very misleading, you just need to set it up.
