My Sense reverts to watch face when try to go to Fitbit pay. It has 24% battery. I’ve reconnected Bluetooth but makes no difference

Exactly at which point does it revert to clock face.

For me the steps are:

1) Swipe to screen with Wallet.

2) Tap Wallet.

3) Get "Tap to unlock" message.

4) Tap the padlock image.

5)  Get display to enter PIN.

 

Exactly where in that process does it revert back to clock face?

6)  Enter PIN.

7) Get display of credit card.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

When I press the button to get to the screen with card icon - can’t get as far as pin but solved by restarting. A bit disconcerting as I rely on it!
