I wasn’t getting credit in the app for my heart rate being in zone, so I got a different monitor and compared it to the charge 4 and the treadmill and the other monitor were 25-30bpm higher. I tried to find data on here and see the same question but when I click on the message it’s just a mod saying she’s closed the thread. Was this solved or is it so wide spread that mods just didn’t want to hear about it? Help plz.

Hello, you should see my heart rate monitoring, it can't be relied on at all, you have a difference of 30 BPM, I have 70 BPM for me, 20 minutes it measures accurately and then suddenly as if it switches and ends. I measured myself with a control sensor on an elliptical trainer, and the watch measures my heart rate really poorly. I don't understand how anyone can rely on ECG measurements, even for guidance, this is a utopia.
