Sense won't open the exercise app

my exercise  on sense does not open ---so can't select any mode of exercise

@apibela Thank you for the detailed information. Regarding your question about how to shut down your Sense, please follow the instructions below: 

 

  • Open the Settings app on your Fitbit Sense > Shut down.
  • To turn on your watch, press the button.

Even I have restart the device, it doesn't work for me

I have reset my sense and set up as a new device. Now Its working fine.

The standard restart does not include a shutdown. 

I only mention a shutdown because this is the only way to unlock any hardware that may not be responding.
