My fitbit Sense does not want to pair, it does not let me reset it and it asks me for a code on the watch, however it does not let me press any number

Sounds like the digitizer has failed, could be software, could be hardware, like internal cable disconnect or some liquid corroded/shorted the connection. If software try a hard reset, press side until reboot, stop pressing side, then press side until vibrates, this should force a full device wipe. If it responds, it was software, if it doesn't then it is a hardware issue. YMMV.
If under warranty contact fitbit, they might swap it for another device. Fitbit considers the device a throw away, so they would recommend a replacement, if you contact them they might give you a discount on a future purchase, but they don't repair their devices.
If no longer under warranty, if it is a hardware issue, you can bring it to a cellular/watch repair shop they can remove the display and check the connection, they can even replace the display (if faulty).
