Hi @Howaboutthat. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for sharing these details. Let me explain that some apps may not appear exactly as their name, however, the com.Skype.Microsoft.teams seems to be related to the Teams app. Because you have an iPhone, could you check if the notifications settings are correct? To do this, go to your iPhone's settings, tap Notifications > Teams. In there, set Show Previews to Always or When Unlocked and make sure there is a check mark for Notifications Center under Alerts.

Additionally, swipe right from the clock face on your Sense to access the quick settings. Then, turn off DND and Sleep Mode so the notifications can go through.

DND is off, and sleep mode is off. I do not have the liberty to use these functions ever without risk of termination. It is too important I get these notifications in as many ways possible. To avoid this being a permissions thing all setting are away and background refresh. Not working still/ever

@Howaboutthat It's good to see you here again.

Thanks for trying the suggestions above. I understand how important these notifications are for you and just to confirm, did you also make sure to have set Show Previews to Always or When Unlocked? Please know that the "Never" option will prevent you from receiving these notifications on your watch.

If after making sure of this, your Sense is still not receiving Teams notifications, please give a try to the following:

  1. Forget your Sense from the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your Sense to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Tap your profile picture > Sense and set up your notifications one more time.

I am trying very hard not to be snarky about the advice. Always/background refresh are a staple in all notifications on the app. I forgot the watch, for quit the app, and turned off and restarted the iPhone. Found the watch re-paired them and aloud notifications… yet again. Next I signed out of the app, deleted the app. Turned off the watch, turned off the iPhone. Restarted iPhone reinstalled the app. Logged into the app and re-paired the device to the phone, then synced them. I have also tried just to forget and re-pair the device while restoring all permissions and re-syncing them. I have turned both devices off and back on again then re-synced them, or many variations of turning off and on just one device and re-syncing them. I can safely say all permissions are set to all notifications to the fullest availability. I have done that so that it is not a permissions issue. So yes, it has indeed crossed my mind that if I “NEVER” allow notifications, I can’t really ever expect to get them.
