I'm on my second Sense. In late December, text notifications stopped working. All other notifications (call, email, activity reminders) work fine. I opened a help ticket and went through all troubleshooting steps. My replacement arrived yesterday and has the exact same issue. My phone is a OnePlus 8t. I suspect this is a software issue. I've disconnected, reconnected, verified I'm not in sleep or do not disturb mode. I don't know what else to try. Text notifications are a primary use for my phone.
