I don't get why I can't get a sleep score? I have the V4, first night it worked got a sleep score, now ever since nothing. I've gone through the whole process of troubleshooting the firbit itself, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Still no change. I click on the begin sleep and I am awake and I get a summary but not as detailed as what I got Monday. I don't get it.

Best AnswerHello @MegKur and welcome to the Community. Your Fitbit tracks sleep automatically. Please don't tap on the green button, then Start sleep or in the sleep section where you can start sleep. That is for older models that can't track sleep automatically. That feature will never give you a sleep score, because it always reports sleep patterns.
