I don't get why I can't get a sleep score? I have the V4, first night it worked got a sleep score, now ever since nothing. I've gone through the whole process of troubleshooting the firbit itself, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Still no change. I click on the begin sleep and I am awake and I get a summary but not as detailed as what I got Monday. I don't get it.

Hello @MegKur and welcome to the Community. Your Fitbit tracks sleep automatically. Please don't tap on the green button, then Start sleep or in the sleep section where you can start sleep. That is for older models that can't track sleep automatically. That feature will never give you a sleep score, because it always reports sleep patterns.

Crazy thing is even the customer service people I chatted with didn't even give me that answer, and I talked to them for 3 days in a row...lol
