The military time is off by 12 hours. my setting are in the proper time zone. I have restarted the watch to no avail. I have yet to put on the charger to see if this would work. Any suggestions

Hi there, @Kensense. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot your Sense before reaching out.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, please note that it depends on the clock face you select, every clock face has its own designs. So, try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 24 hr format. On my Versa 3 I have set a few clock faces that only show 12 hr format even when I have set my clock to 24 hrs.

This is most likely a clock face issue, try changing to another clock face.

Thank You

I found that with the military time being 12 hours off  I changed from 12 to 24 hours and back again and restarted again I got the correct time, And you were right about the particular face. One face gave 12 and 24 the other was just 24. Thanks again for your reply
