Hi, Bought sense on Monday, but when I get incoming calls, only "incoming calls" appear on the watch. Have tried all the suggestions and advice that are here, and other places, but nothing works. Have given permission for everything I can give permission for. Had the same problem with charge 4. Has samsung g9

Hi there, @SleepyD. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.
Since you've already checked all the notifications settings are correct, I'd like you to please confirm if you have enabled the Fitbit app permissions under Settings of your Android device. If you've done that, please try going to the phone Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions and toggle off "Contacts", then restart your phone and toggle "Contacts" back on.
Also, check that your Fitbit app is up-to-date. For more information, see What's changed in the latest release of the Fitbit app? To download the latest app version, please visit the Google Play Store here.
Hope that helps.

Late response but i was having the same issue. So i did the step above and it didnt work. But i sent into the fitbit app and saw that my Mobile nofications were off in the Fitbit app on the phone. Once i turned that back on, caller ID started working. Go to account > Device (mine is the sense) > Gallery > below you will see my apps and thats where my Mobile Notifications were off, turned it back on and it fixed the problem.
