i have done all to synchronize the date and time but still not syncing.
deleted app, reinstalled up, shutdown iphone, shutdown sense, move account to gmail, changed clock design, syncing always fail. every time i synce it there's a code that display the it will abort after waiting for how many minutes.
It is so frustrating.

Hi there, @Mackycan. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
According to your post, it seems like your Sense is not syncing. With that being said, please try the following steps:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Sense first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Once you manage to sync your Sense, the time should be corrected. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
