Sense won't support Arab language after update

Hi there,

 

After so many years of requesting adding Arabic language to your watches, you Asked us-as Arabic speakers- to vote for this feature which is for us, not a feature but, a necessity. Actually, we have been voting for supporting Arabic language for ages, and then you said it is on your highest priority in the next update, but you still ignoring what we have been asking for since 2015. Come on! Fitbit developers, it is just under your fingers tips. Please makes it real or you will lose valued costumers and they will shift to other competitive companies such as Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Ticwatch and ECT... 

 

One more thing, the font size cannot be edited to a larger size as in Fitbit Versa 2. How come newer series of your watches should be more enhanced than previous generation. It is really odd.!

 

Lastly, When I set a reminder or an alarm the watch doesn't vibrate instead it showed it up only screen. I need it to vibrates to wake me up if I sleep.!! I am quite sure this feature is not supported yet.! 

 

Guys, I guess you need to work harder for your new upcoming series otherwise you will lose the game.!

My first Sense quit vibrating for my alarms and they ended up sending me another. Said it was a hardware problem after working to try to get it working again.  You may want to reach out to customer service and see if they can help or send you a new one.
