I have had my sense since Christmas. It is fully charged but it wont switch on, Ive tried the reboot about 20 times, sometimes I get nothing, sometimes I get some lines. there is a solid red light on the back. It doies vibrate when i try to reboot.
Any ideas?

When you press the button on the side of your Fitbit Sense how long do you hold it for? It should be held until the Fitbit Logo appears. It might take longer then the typical 10 secs. Have you tried holding that button for much longer? You can also place the Fitbit Sense on the charger (although you say it’s fully charged) and attempt to do a restart while it’s actively on the charger.
