The same thing is happening to me.  Brand new Sense set up 6 days ago and worn pretty much 24/7.  All other health metrics but not SOo2.

Mine showed it for a while, but has stopped.

First off, do you get an SPO2 in "Today" on your watch? (ie is not taking a reading, or not syncing). Restarting the watch is only thing I have found that improves things. My wife does it pretty regularly. Mine usually works.

Have you made sure that the SpO2 is enabled? Shutdown the tracker?

Do you get sleep stages reported?

Thanks to everyone that made suggestions.  Not sure where I saw this but I found content somewhere saying I should install the SpO2 app in the Fitbit App gallery and when I did, I started getting SpO2 readings.  Problem solved.
