My Fitbit Sense went out of battery so I've charged it for the whole afternoon. Since then, it just keep restarting. I did factory reset and now I'm stuck with "to start, download the Fitbit app". I have tried removing the Sense from the app, unlinking the Bluetooth, reinstalling the app and nothing worked. I can't sycn it with my android (flip z3).

Hi, @Anokom, you need to effectively reinstall your "Sense" on your Fitbit app on your phone. You will have done this previously when you got your "Sense" but for convenience see this video. It uses an older Fitbit app but the principle remains the same.

I think I've tried everything suggested but nothing seems to work and I'm now stuck with "Data not cleared Sync & try again"

Hi, @Anokom , To sync in the "today" screen slide your finger down the screen and release. From the "Today" screen in your Fitbit app on your phone touch your icon in the top left corner, under "Create a family account" is there a "Sense" tile?if so touch it and look at the sync section which will tell you how long ago or if you have successfully synced. If there is no "Sense" tile you have not paired your "Sense" to your phone and will have to go through that process as demonstrated in the video. Check to ensure your Wifi & Bluetooth are on. Go to the Fitbit app in your phone app tray>battery, and ensure it is set at unrestricted. Some phones apply battery-saving functions to apps they regard as non-essential and put the app to sleep. While you are there clear the cache in storage.

Thanks for your reply. Sadly, there's no "Sense" tile. I've also done everything you've suggested and still no luck.
