I bought the sense watch last year. It needs updating, every time i am updating it, if it reached 50% it stopped and goes back to zero. I chat the customer service but they said someone will email me, but its almost a week now and havent receive any email.

Hi @Kriska0287 - they will want you to buy a new watch.
However the issue may be with the new V4 Fitbit App and not the watch.
You don't have to update it so just ignore the prompt, it will still work fine.

Thanks for your reply. The problem is, the watch is stuck in the logo and asking to switch on my phone's app.

@Kriska0287 - some steps are offered in the forums, that may or may not work for you depending on the cause.
Hopefully something will work for you and if not consider carefully what to buy as a replacement, not all watches and brands will have the features you need.

Kriska0287 my suggestion is to trash the Sense and spend the money to get a different brand that has the features you need. If you search thru the forum, you’ll find that seems to be the only solution for most of us. I just got off the phone for the 5th time with customer support this week. At least this time the rep acknowledged there is a problem with the updated Fitbit app version 4. His suggestion for my issue….Sense is in a loop asking for the app to be installed over and over and over even though it is installed, been deleted and reinstalled at least 3 times on my iPad with iOS 17 which is current….is to either use the app on an android device or wait until google/fitbit fixes the app. Yep, he actually told me the only other option was for Fitbit to fix the app, which he acknowledged did not seem to be a priority for google who now owns Fitbit. So after being a happy Fitbit customer for 12 yrs, I’m switching to either Garmin or Samsung. I suggest we all do the same.
