A few days ago my Sense would no longer sync to my Fitbit App on my Android phone. I have tried everything. (I uninstalled the app, turned the bluetooth off, rebooted my phone, have cleared my app's cache, force stopped the app, and now tried to re-pair my device to the app.) My Sense has now disappeared from my Fitbit App and I cannot get my app to connect/sync with my Sense. HELP!!!

Hi there @April96, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense as suggested by @Guy_.
In addition to what you've tried, please follow the steps below:
- Remove your Sense from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Turn off the Bluetooth.
- Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
- Turn on the Bluetooth.
- Setup your Sense again.
- If there is no connection, restart your Sense.
If you can't get started with your watch, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I have done this multiple times. When it does not find my Sense, it asked me if my Sense is powered on. My Sense was on and had 99% battery!

What is happening when it asks if the Sense is powered on?
What is your phone?

Had to restart my Sense in order to reconnect it/sync it to the app.
Since I restarted it, I have lost all sleep related info (sleep log, skin temperature, SpO2, etc.) for the past 4-5 days!

I have spent almost as much time trying to reconnect my Sense to my Galaxy S21 as it has actually worked. I have had it for one month and am ready to trash it. I never had issues like this with my Versa 2. It won't stay connected to bluetooth. Spo2 only randomly works. If I use my earbuds, it requires a factory reset to get connected to bluetooth and then has to update for an hour before it is useable. I don't have enough time to spare to use a Sense. Actually, it really doesn't matter that it is not tracking sleep and sp02 because I am getting very little! I have talked with Fitbit support in the last month more than I have talked to my husband. This device is a great idea, but released way tooooo early and too many issues. So many users are frustrated with its inconsistent performance on so many of its advertised features.
