Sense swipe function not working

I am having similar problems, when I try swiping my screen it won’t move, it only shows the clock. It will still vibrate when I get calls and texts but other than that nothing. I have tried restarting it multiple times but nothing seems to be working.

Since restarting your Fitbit Sense didn't work, I recommend contacting our Support Team for further assistance. Note that you can contact them through chat or over the phone, but phone wait times have been longer than normal, so I recommend initiating a chat. Click here to get connected.
