For the past week, my sense shows that it's not connected to my phone and I am not receiving any calls or texts on it. It's tracking my steps, sleep, etc, but when I receive a notification on my phone, I am not receiving any of them on my sense. I've tried restarting my sense, my phone, disconnecting my Bluetooth and reconnecting it, unpairing and repairing, and nothing has worked. Please help!

I've tried to get help from Customer Support but they just refer me to a website. I go to the website, follow the instructions but it doesn't help. I constantly have this problem. In the 13 months I've had my Sense watch, I've never been able to receive a phone call. It is constantly losing connection with my Bluetooth. Then I can't get the current weather.
I'm ready trash the watch and start searching for another watch that is reliable and has a customer support that actually helps the customer. Today, I clicked on the link and then immediately went back to my chat with customer support, and they had already terminated the call. I'm Done!!!

After my Sense did an “update” automatically last week while sleeping, I haven’t been able to receive text messages on my Fitbit. I can receive calls and notifications from other apps (ex. Snapchat), but not texts. It’s so bizarre. I’ve contacted Fitbit and they’ve attempted to help me with different things, but I’ve done EVERYTHING POSSIBLE and nothing has worked. It’s so frustrating, as I just got my Sense 08/3022.

same issue. fitbit app seems unable to communicate with sense. it doesn't even sync like it usually does. had to reboot the sense to get it to sync one time, then almost immediately it fails to sync or connect after that, and leading to what OP said, no notifications or anything going to the sense.
and judging by some comments, their support doesn't seem aware that there is an issue.

restarted all the things. bt on phone. force quit app and restart sense. seems to be fine now.
