Sense won’t sync with app.

Anyone having issues with your Fitbit not syncing with the app? My partner and I started having issues at the same time. Seems like it was with the last iPhone update. Loses Bluetooth connection, can’t access the weather app on the Fitbit, steps are off, etc.

I saw that my Sense wasn’t syncing automatically tonite when I tried to look back at my previous few days steps, etc. There is no record of them. Grr! That’s why I have the darn thing!!

Hi @KrisMuscott , @Yessheis - the first thing to do is to logout of the Fitbit App and restart both phone and watch and try the sync again, then have a look here Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

@Yessheis- there may be issues with Android 13, if that is your phone, have a look in the forums.
