Am I getting mad or the only way to retrieve data is to trigger a manual sync?
This is for Sense paired with a Iphone 12 pro. When i pair it with my android phone (Poco F3) all seem to be OK
With Iphone i had left it for 3 days and was no attempt to retrieve the data even if the devices were linked (phone calls were announced on screen)

Hi there, @Oblio3.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and your efforts while working on this. I understand how you're feeling and I'm sorry you're having this experience. Before anything else, may I know if the Bluetooth on your Poco F3 was turned off while using your iPhone? When a watch is set up and synced with one device, it'll make a bond with the Bluetooth. However, if you're syncing with multiple devices, it might take more time to recognize you're trying to sync with your iPhone and not the Android.
To work on this together, I'd recommend reconnecting your watch to see how it goes:
