Sense won't sync with iPhone

I have the IPhone 11 Pro and a month ago I bought the Fitbit sense. does not sync, I think I lost my money, for the same price I would have bought the iPhone watch. I have tried all the steps on the page and nothing doesn't work. Does anyone know how I can return the product for warranty?

If you bought it from box store see about returning otherwise contact Fitbit support.
