Sense won’t sync with my iPhone 11

There is a notification about the Sense not syncing on Androids but I have an iPhone 11 and am having the same issue. I’ve also tried all the suggested fixes and nothing is working. Anyone else with an iPhone having issues?

I have an iPhone 6s Plus and have not had any problems syncing. 

I saw a thread where another member with an iPhone 11 was having sync issues.

Hi there @Cabby1, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out. @Clove5858 I appreciate your input! 

 

In addition to the steps you've tried, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:


*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

 

Sync your watch automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

 

If your Sense doesn't sync, follow the troubleshooting provided in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

My won’t sync either same phone but the iPhone done a update yesterday don’t know if that had anything to do with it

Hi @Handman, welcome on board. If you haven't done so yet, please follow the troubleshooting steps I recommended here

 

I'd also like to know if the syncing difficulties occur when you first open your Fitbit app and are waiting for your stats to sync with your mobile device but if you sync again it goes through?

Hi I cannot get it to sync at all even installed the app on my iPhone but still won’t connect or sync

I did the iPhone and ipad update yesterday as well.  Everything is ok here. So unless there was a problem with your iPhone update, the app, and watch play well with the iPhone update.
