Heart rate on sense

I am so disappointed with my sense!!!!!  I want my versa 2 back.  The heart rate on the sense is so bad.  Today it said my hr was145.  I put my hr/02 monitor on my finger and it says 78 which is the correct number.   It's like this all the time!!!!  So not worth the money and for health reasons I need it to be accurate!!!

Right, it's ridiculous. And so many other metrics are determined by HR. Steps are off too. These two issues together make the Sense nearly worthless.

I just got mine and it’s awful! During a cardio workout said my bpm was 69. My resting is 88! This is worthless! Wonder if I can return it.

I have been trying to get help from Fitbit support about this very issue. They keep sending me some of their standard responses blaming position and workout type etc. I know there are many posts on these forums that show how off the HR really is. They have posted graphs and proof from other HR measuring devices. I have sent them all of those posts. I have been fighting to get my money back and they keep blowing me off. I have been starting new chats every week to keep this issue in the front! I want a refund. The inaccuracy is so varied. Sometimes over 50 BPM. It's junk. Never mind dangerous. If I am using this to check my output and try to get into a fat burn or cardio zone...I'll end up having a dang heart attack before this thing will monitor it correctly. This is what I got back today:
