I am having a problem with my Sense too which seems related to yours. Usually as soon as I open my Fitbit app on my iPhone, it will sync, but today it only syncs if I refresh it. Almost all of my info seems correct except the app (or my Dashboard on the website) will not credit me with my Hourly Activity between 11 and 12 this morning. On the Sense, it shows that I hit my goal, but on my iPhone, iPad and the website it gives me credit for the rest of the hours, but not that one. I have tried everything in the troubleshooting section under “Why won’t my Fitbit device sync?” but it just stubbornly refuses to sync. My devices, my Sense, my apps are all up-to-date, and I’ve restarted everything, messed with Bluetooth, logged out of the apps and back in, etc. I only wish I could get some kind of Fitbit activity credit for all the troubleshooting I’ve tried… 🙄 It probably seems minor since it is just that one hour of activity that won’t sync, but when you pay for the top of the line Fitbit, you want it to work 100% and it does concern me that it no longer syncs without me refreshing it.
