Sense won't sync with phone

Did factory reset, deleted fitbit app and reinstalled. Sense working now but one or two days will stop syncing. Won't know for a while what apps aren't working. If I try to use google assistant sense will quit working usually within one day. The more app's I enable the quicker watch quits. Tried chat line but because watch is working right now they say it is fixed and hang up before I can tell them what I know is going to happen. I shouldn't have to mess with this every other day. Watch quits again and it goes in the closet and fitbit is off my phone.

Hi, @justtired, welcome to the community, It's a pity you are having a problem with syncing your "Sense". May I draw your attention to these articles How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? I apologise if you have already seen these. You do not mention the make or model of your phone, most work well with Fitbit but some require special attention Fitbit-compatible devices provide guidance and advice. Check all the permissions are allowed in the Fitbit app on your phone and that any battery-saving function in the phone is disabled for the Fitbit app. This last stops the phone from closing the app down as it needs to run constantly in the background.

I hope this helps but if your problem persists please post here again.

Cheers

The suggestions you gave have all been read and tried. Thanks anyway. I have tried fitbit  customer service with no luck. Usually when all else fails to help I delete app from phone and do factory reset on watch. Then reinstall and start from scratch. Problem is I have to do this 2 or 3 times a month. I just don't feel that is right. I have a moto g7 supra with android 10 which fitbit says is fine, should work ok. If I enable google assistant watch normally quits in 2 day's or less. Seems like the more permissions I give it and the more apps I enable all seem to affect it. I don't use the ecg or eda as they seem to not want to work half the time. Wife updated her versa 3 the other day and now it is showing some the same symptoms.

Hi, @justtired, thanks for your update. Bearing in mind the resources available to "Customer Support" I would encourage you to persist with them. They are here. Of course, they depend on the information you give them so I recommend you review your settings and log the chain of events in the best detail you can, that end in the failure you report, all of this will help them focus on a solution to your problem. I recognise this may feel like a pain but they do have the best resources and their mission is to solve our problems.

Good luck.

Cheers
