Well must admit my sense is now useless. It was bought so that I could log my exercises and for runs and walks the time taken per mile. It no longer syncs with my phone despite trying just about everything advised on the forum plus a few other things. Pointless having a smart watch that in reality is only good enough now to tell the time with.
End of my relationship with Fitbit me thinks
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
Agreed. My Sense doesn't sync anything anymore (as of this week). I am totally switching back to Garmin. I'd been a fitbit user for years. I've tried all the steps to reboot. Nothing. Uninstalled, cleared cache, turned Bluetooth off and back on.

Hi all, if you have tried try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window (in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it) and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
If this fails remove the watch Bluetooth entries and repeat the process and when you login to the Fitbit App go to the device/account (Connected to) page and Add more devices, select your watch and replace. (This makes new Bluetooth entries)
If still no success and you have an iPhone it may be a phone firmware issue.
