Sense won't sync

Unable to sync my sense this morning. Anyone else having the same problem or is it just me?

@missmystic011  I moved your post to the Sense area for now. This morning I got an update on my Android app. I'm running System 9. Did you check out the article yet? Might be something in there helps you.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

If your phone is not on the list above and meets the requirements to operate properly with the Fitbit app, please check that your Fitbit app is running the latest version as @Odyssey13 has suggested.

I have  a Samsung s10e. I have had very little issues. This morning it didn't sync with my phone. I contacted to see if it was an issue other users.

 

Update: I was finally able to sinc. Issue has been corrected. It was the first time posting in the community forum. It's great to be able to reach out for assistance.
