My ECG is not working. It keeps telling me to set up on my phone through the reports and assessment tabs. I got to discover then my reports tab and I see NO mention of ECG at all! What is happening?

Make sure that your fitbit app on the phone is open to the ECG dieting the first time you want to take an ECG reading.
