Hi, My Sense decided not to sync since Monday. This morning the Sense was unresponsive. I put it on the charger and after a few minutes it was at 77% so I know it didn't have to do with low battery. It is responding now, but glitchy and still won't sync. I have gone through all of the suggested fixes. I have restarted (twice) charged and turned the bluetooth off and on (phone.) No change. This is frustrating as I use my stats daily. I've only had my Sense for 8 months! I did try to Live Chat, but that isn't working on Fitbit's end for some reason. Help! Thanks!

Over the past two weeks my tracker has repeatedly dropped the connection to my phone / Bluetooth. I've had to re pair the whole thing from the beginning as though it were a new unit

Un-pair is done by removing the Tracker from the phones Bluetooth and not from the fitbit app. The user can not re-pair the tracker, any attempt will be blocked by the tracker since pairing is handled by the fitbit app.
@CathyG7 have you removed the tracker from the phones Bluetooth ( unpair)?
Have you restarted both the phone and tracker? This is called a soft(ware) restart
Actually it would be better to do a hard(ware) restart by turning both the phone and tracker off
Have you cleared the fitbit apps cache?

I have had my Sense for about 3 months. 3-4 times a week I have to turn off blue tooth and log out, which usually works. Sometimes I have to do it several times, as well as reboot. Often I have to delete the Sense and then add the device back. It can easily take over 30 minutes to get it to sync. This issue needs to be fixed.
